Guaranteed Buyback allows investors to directly purchase individual residential properties in Brazil, combining monthly income with the potential for full ownership based on property appreciation.

Throughout the investment period, the investor receives monthly interest payments, based on an annual return equivalent to 100% of the CDI. At the end of the operation, if the final sale price of the property exceeds the initial investment by more than 15%, the property becomes the investor’s full asset, allowing them to rent or sell it.

Otherwise, the initial capital is fully refunded to the investor.
